MLI provides multicultural and diversity related programs that support a variety of social service prevention and treatment services, programs and initiatives.

The following services are available to social services professionals:

• Assistance for staff and agencies in meeting needs for credentialing or contact hours in areas such as Special Populations, Cultural Competency or Diversity.
  
  
• Technical Assistance on assessing agency or staff needs, establishing a cultural competency committee or cultural competence planning.

CLIENTS:
Since 1997, MLI has served the Department of Social Services, and the Department of Developmental Services (formerly the DMR). We have also worked with numerous not-for-profit agencies in Connecticut, in delivering trainings and/or technical assistance.
